I agree that for public health protection, the hotel must keep an updated record of all guests staying at the hotel - name, nationality, date of arrival and departure, contact details (telephone, e-mail), so that communication is possible if a coronavirus case is identified at a later time. The GDPR is complied by all staff members and guests information will be kept on file for reasons of public health protection.

Payment Policy
The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest’s arrival for the full amount.
Late check out fee ( departure until 18:00) :50% of the per night rate.
Check out after 18:00 the rate of an overnight will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations received 14 days or prior, no cancellation fees will be charged.
- For any cancellation received 13 days prior to arrival and then, 30% charge of the total amount due will apply.
- For cancellations 1 day prior to arrival or non-show, 100% charge of the entire amount due will apply.
- For early departures, the total amount of the remaining stay is non-refundable/will be charged.
- For ” NON REFUNDABLE” booking option,the total amount of the booking is prepaid and non refundable and there is no possibility of changes.
